Introduction & History
Taiga Mexican was created in Summer 2023 as ‘Taiga Tacos’ serving loaded tacos, loaded nachos and loaded fries. 2023 unfortunately was wet, muddy and not very taco friendly. We assessed this over the winter, and decided burritos were fit for all weathers and would be a much better option.
Although we don’t offer tacos anymore, it was a great learning experience for us. To this day, many people miss our fish tacos!
Menu Overview
Taiga Mexican is our Mexican inspired stall. Complete with loaded burritos, loaded nachos and NEW for 2024, Mexican-style loaded fries. We offer plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, our nachos are corn and we have rice bowls on offer, so many gluten free options.
Every order is specifically made for each customer, as they follow the line down with their order, they get exactly what they want on their plate. Our 5* service from our team makes it quick and easy for you, operating at a consistent pace, but still with the best quality in mind.
We use authentic, fresh, high quality ingredients across our whole menu, which we source locally if possible. All our dishes are garnished and professionally presented, as we believe first impressions really count when it comes to food.

Large tortilla wrap, with fluffy white rice and mixed beans. Fajita-style chicken and peppers, with fresh salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Jalapeños and hot sauce available upon request.

Unit
Whist food is very important, we also want to stand out from the crowd before anyone even sees the food… Our frontage design is all hand painted, a Day of the Dead sugar skull theme. A huge skull cut out with lots of lights, colour and character. Service is designed to be through the mouth of the skull, and food is to be assembled in front of the customer to make a fun, creative, interactive atmosphere.
After creating our burger kitchen, we wanted to make sure this unit was also constructed to an extremely high standard. using long lasting materials to last for many seasons to come.
