    Moon has many years experience in kitchen work. Starting as a kitchen porter, Moon worked her way up learning to chef, quickly managing pub kitchens and takeaways.

    Moon decided to start Taiga Burger Kitchen as a takeaway in Bristol, St Judes 2021. Taking Taiga Burger to pop up kitchens in many different pubs, venues and events around Bristol, she quickly adapted her business mindset ready for the inevitable…

    Working previously in festivals and events with another company, Moon knew the field like the back of her hand. Her dream was always to have her own festival catering company, and decided quickly to take Taiga on the road. 3 years later, Moon alongside a small team has built and developed 3 separate outstanding units touring the whole of the UK.

    Rachel joined the team in 2022, with no festival experience but plenty of experience managing pubs, and small amounts of kitchen work. Rachel has really quickly adapted to the festival lifestyle, and always gets stuck into whatever task is in hand. Working together with Moon, always making sure every event is successful from start to finish.
